YOUR JUDICIARY IS COMPROMISED BY YOUR OWN JUDGES. No-one Else took it backwards.
Glory of Judiciary was lost when SC Judge who ruled against Indira Gandhi was DENIED to become CJI & was Superceded by a Puppet who ruled in HER favour. What did other judges do? Protest? No. They turned blind eye to this Violation of Justice to keep enjoying their Perks.
Glory of Bharat’s Judiciary was lost when SC opened gates at Midnight to hear pleas to Stop Capital Punishment to a Terrorist Yakub Memon.
It was lost on numerous occasions when Corrupt Politicians were granted More Bails than Number of Days in Jails.
It was lost when SC didn’t allow Banks’ request to Confiscate Passport of Vijay Mallya and later questioned CBI “How did they Flee Country”.
It was lost when SC Cancelled MANDATORY Declaration of Assets by SC & HC Judges to make it VOLUNTARY in 2009.
Glory was lost when SC Collegium DECLINED Judicial Reforms suggested by Modi Govt to bring Transparency in SC & HC Judges Appointments. It would have ENDED SC Collegium’s Hegemony.
Why Opposition? Fear of losing chance to FIX OWN People in ECOSYSTEM?Or Financial?Or Both?
