Travel.
I have seen this in numerous examples. Keep your shoes on. And you are sure to leave outsized imprints on the sands of time.
As you travel, new experiences unfold. New vistas beckon. New opportunities are unveiled.
I went to the Sisi Museum in Vienna. Queen Sisi was an ordinary lady. But she travelled incessantly as she crisscrossed Europe in her private train carriage while her workaholic husband managed the affairs of the state. Today she is amongst the most iconic figures in the history of the royal family.
Saints and sages who travelled have left behind a strong legacy. Foremost is Bhagwan Adi Shakaracharya. He covered all corners of the country and setup pilgrimage centres at Char Dham. Swami Prabhupada set up the Hare Rama Hare Krishna movement. I saw a movie on Shri Yogananda. He too had his feet on fire as he traversed the globe, elevating all he met.
So travel, like your life depends on it.
For, your contribution during your lifetime depends a lot on how much you have travelled.
